    Customize Spotify Code on products and listen to favorite music with a loved one!
  • Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your loved one’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see. Darker photos make it hard for our designers to capture the details!
  • A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including the ears and forehead. If we can only see half of the face or the photo is taken from the side, only half of the face will be on your product!
  • Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

  1. How to scan songs on Spotify, why the Spotify code doesn’t work when scanned?

    To successfully scan song codes on Spotify, you'll have to grant permission to Spotify to access your camera. If you decline the request to access, you can't scan song codes. Kindly follow the instructions below to play the song on the product:

        • Download and open Spotify App on your device, click the search option on the bottom toolbar.
        • Besides the search bar there is a camera icon on its right side, click that.
        • Then, scan the code on your product and you will be directed to the song automatically, or add it to your playlist.
        • Or, please watch these videos for instructions.

    Please note:

    • When you scan the code on products, please make sure you have good lighting and/or a background of clear contrast.
    • Why songs can't play on Spotify? Please refer to the below instructions on Spotify for Troubleshooting
      • a.Here are some common fixes for any issues with the app:
        • Restart the Spotify app
        • Log out and back in
        • Make sure the app is up-to-date
      • b.Is it your device? See if the issue happens on a different device or other codes, or with the web player. If it doesn’t, it could be an issue with your device:

    • About the scratches on products, how to clean them?

      As the Spotify product is made from an Acrylic material, a piece of film which can be peeled off from the product is put in place to prevent scratches or breakage during transit and after you received the package. A sticker with the note that says, "Please remove the protective film" is in place to notify you that the product has a protective film in place. When you remove the protective film, please start from one corner (it’s up to you which corner) to tear it off. Please also try to avoid touching the surface as it would live white marks or smudges on the surface.

    .How many faces can I print on a product?
    .Can I upload something other than a person, dog, or cat?

    Does it have a face? If so, we can print it! We love critters of all types. While some of our designs are specific to humans, dogs, and cats, we have tons of fun, printed designs for you to choose from and purchase.

    .Can I see a proof of how my product will look?

    Unfortunately, we can’t provide a proof before ordering because our designers have to personally set up your image and crop out your loved one’s face, but rest assured that if there are any issues, we’ll send you an email for a new image.

    .Do you crop the photo for me?

    We crop the photo for you! Just send us a high-quality, head-on photo of your loved one and we’ll crop out the background details so only the face is featured on your product!

    Ordering and Payment

    .What is your change/cancellation policy?

    We will be happy to help you change your color, size, picture, or cancel/refund the order - just fill in the Contact Form below as soon as possible with your order number, email address, and your desired changes. Changes/cancellations to orders will only be accepted before an order is put into production

    For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the designing and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of $9 customization fee per item, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new.

    If you need to change your shipping address, we can help right up until the order is shipped. Please send us a message below with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.

    Product Questions

    • The pattern of the underpants won't crack and won't fade over time, but due to different personal washing methods, the color may have different degrees of lightening.
    .How do I wash your products?
    • For our boxer, machine-wash them inside-out with cold water and tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Using a mild detergent and avoiding the use of fabric softener and dryer sheets will allow for long-lasting results. These instructions are for the best result possible. Washing our boxer with like colors as you normally would your other clothing will not affect the quality of your boxer in any way.

    .How long does it take to receive my product?

    Typically, it takes about 5-9 days for our boxer to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 5-9 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination.

    Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

    .Can I change the destination country on my order?

    After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa.

    .How much is shipping?

    .Do you ship internationally?

    We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.
